Carrie Souza has 20 years of advertising experience in the State of California. Her particular niche is in creating multi-faceted and highly targeted public awareness outreach campaigns that help educate, increase awareness and foster behavioral change. Known for her keen negotiation skills and resourcefulness, Carrie has long-standing, strong relationships with the local media representatives and having worked for many years selling media, Carrie understands the intricacies and nuances required to deliver cost-effective plans that deliver results. The self-titled "Queen of Added Value", Carrie works tirelessly to ensure each media buy that she manages delivers maximum impact. Carrie is also very well versed in multi-cultural media buys.

Ellen Young, Media Director

Ellen believes in getting your message to the right people at the right time! With her 25+ years of experience, she can provide clients with both a cost efficient and effective media plan to promote your product or service. Whether you need research, planning or buying of one medium or a media mix, Ellen can help discuss your options. Her specialties include research, planning and negotiation of newspaper, magazine, radio, television, cable and online media. Highly Experienced, Ellen started out in 1988 and worked her way up to a Senior Media Buyer at J Walter Thompson, she then worked as a Media Supervisor at DJMC Advertising for many years before she joined Freelance Media Buying in 2009.

Nicole Walsh, Accounting

Accuracy is a very important aspect of any business. We insure that you'll receive accurate reports and timely service. Knowing where your dollars are will add success and organization to your business. Nicole manages various accounting functions including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue and asset accounting, as well as associated analysis and reporting. Nicole joined Freelance Media Buying in 2009.
